Chroneer operates Chroneer Timeline Tools and the related support services at chroneer.com.

2. What the plugin does

Chroneer runs inside Adobe Illustrator and generates timeline-style artwork based on user-entered settings.

3. Data we collect

  • The plugin stores local preferences on the user's device.
  • The plugin does not transmit artwork contents to our servers.
  • The plugin does not require account login.
  • Payment details are handled by Adobe and FastSpring, not directly by the plugin.

4. How we use data

  • To preserve plugin settings between sessions.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To process licensing or entitlement checks, if they are later introduced.

6. Data retention and rights

Local plugin preferences remain on the user's device unless the user removes them.
