By purchasing, installing, or using Chroneer Timeline Tools, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license from mim Armand, doing business as Chroneer, to use the plugin for your own personal or internal business work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, remove notices, or reverse engineer the plugin except where law permits. Purchases, renewals, pricing, and update rights are governed by the active Adobe marketplace listing and its payment flow, including FastSpring where applicable. The plugin is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Chroneer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months. Illinois law governs. Contact: seltzer.wisdom7h@icloud.com.
